Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Massage Elite Spa! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking an appointment or purchasing any of our services.

1. Appointments

  • Booking: Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or in person at our spa.
  • Confirmation: All bookings are subject to confirmation, and you will receive a confirmation email or text once your appointment is scheduled.
  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in and preparation.
  • Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened service to accommodate the next client, with no adjustment to the service fee.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to notify within this time frame will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
  • No Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the service price.
  • Refunds: Services are non-refundable. Refunds for prepaid packages or gift cards are not available but can be transferred to another individual.

3. Health and Safety

  • Health Disclosure: Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your service. Massage Elite Spa is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
  • Cleanliness: For the safety of our clients and staff, we maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Clients are expected to adhere to proper hygiene when visiting the spa.

4. Gift Cards and Packages

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
  • Packages: Packages are valid for a specific time period and cannot be extended unless stated otherwise.

5. Minors

  • Children and Teens: Clients under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian present to consent to services. Parents/guardians may be required to remain on-site during the service.

6. Behavior Policy

  • Professional Environment: Massage Elite Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client who exhibits inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
  • Right to Refuse Service: Services will not be provided if our staff feels uncomfortable or unsafe.

7. Liability

Massage Elite Spa and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your visit unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of service or booking for prepaid services.
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and valid gift cards as payment methods.

9. Promotions and Discounts

  • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
  • Discounts are non-transferable and valid only during the promotional period.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Massage Elite Spa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Return and Refund Policy

 

Return and Refund Policy

At Massage Elite Spa, we strive to ensure that every client has a satisfying experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to request a return or refund. Please review our policy below:

1. Service Refunds

  • No Refunds on Completed Services: Due to the nature of spa services, refunds cannot be provided once a service has been completed. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please let us know immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
  • Prepaid Appointments: Refunds are not available for prepaid appointments. However, you may reschedule the service within 30 days of the original appointment date, provided you meet our cancellation policy requirements.

2. Product Returns

  • Eligibility: Products purchased from Massage Elite Spa may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products, gift cards, and promotional items are non-returnable.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

3. Gift Cards and Packages

  • Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Gift cards may, however, be transferred to another individual.
  • Packages: Refunds are not available for purchased packages. Unused sessions may be transferred to another person upon request.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellation Fees: Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. These fees are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

5. Payment Disputes

  • Any payment disputes must be reported to Massage Elite Spa within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Resolution of Complaints

  • If you are unhappy with any aspect of our services or products, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues in a professional and satisfactory manner.
